General Rules

1.Frames must be of kart configuration.Not to exceed 90"in length. No kart shall weigh more than 350 pounds with a full tank of fuel      and no driver.

2.Tires any  tire, Wheels must not exceed 6"diameter.Axle Length of 40" Max

3.Cages are mandatory in all wingless classes. Cages are to be protective in nature and not just for looks or for wing mounts.

4.Wings shall be no longer than 48 inches and no shorter than 30".Wing width shall be no more than 38" and no less than 30".No less than 2"arc measured front to back.

5.No part of the kart or attached wing shall exceed 72"in Height.

6.Bodies can be constructed of any material excluding wood, No sharp edges or protrusions.

7.Wings,Hood,and Tailpiece are required in any/all winged classes.

8.Nerf bars May not extend more than 3"past the outside edge of the tire on either side.

9.Kart engines must not exceed State noise levels .

10.Karts must display (minimum) 10' Numbers on Both sides of the Kart wing,and 6" on the kart tail peice.

11.All Drivers under the age of 18 years, must provide a notarized minor"s release prior to any/each race .

12. The Promoter and/or Track official(s) are the ultimate authority on any issue relating to Copper Creek Motorsports Park.

      The Promoter may,at any time,issue amendments to these or any Track Rules.

         You are responsible for the safety of you and your Kart

                                                              Minimal Safety Requirements

1.Brakes -must be in good working order at all times.no right front  Brake allowed.

2.Belts-All Karts equipped with roll cages will also be equipped with Lap Belts and Shoulder harnesses.

3.Approved neck braces- and arm restraints are mandatory.

4.Helmet-must be Shell 2000 approved  full face helmet.

5.Aluminum high back seats -are required in all caged classes.

6.Kill switch-on 2-stroke engines shall be located on the steering wheel or steering post.

7.All karts shall have a 6"nylon tie strap attached to the spark plug (except Micros)

8.Fire extinguisher -shall be located in each drivers pit area.

9.Roll cages-are required in all classes except in the adult animal class. Cages shall be attached in a minimum of 4 locations with a      minimum of grade 5 bolt. These cages shall have a minimum  construction specification of:

    A. 1-inch .063 chrome molly or 1-inch .083 steel.

10. Fuel line must be of petroleum grade and allowed ample slack for cage/kart flex. must be mounted more than 4 inches from exhaust.

11.Driver suit-Drivers jackets are required and full suits are recommended.

12.Cain Guards designed and installed to prevent arm injury are required.

13.Tire prep is not allowed at facility.

14.Any Tire allowed 2-strokes will run a 50 or Harder on right .

Restricted Box Stock-  Age 5-9  , Weight-250lbs, Animal engine with Black Restrictor  Plate ,Engine Rules See Box Stock, Cages & Wings are Mandatory, Fully Seat above Shoulders with Belts any  Tire (Treaded or Slick)
